"How to stay healthy"

There are Three ways to stay healthy.
Firstly, you should eat good food. The food should be clean and not expensive.
Secondly, you should exercise every day. You can exercise at the fitness center.
Thirdly you should not work too hard. You should get enough sleep.Staying healthy easy and everybody can do it.
You should start now.
